This is a great class if you want to take your workout to a whole new level regardless of your age or weight. It will help you get into shape, reduce stress, lose weight, increase energy, 和 build confidence.

Be sure to register online or in the HPE office.  ID cards are required to access the building for this class.  ID cards are created in the HPE office, located inside the Davis Street entrance to the WEC.
